Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. If cancelled/rescheduled after this time we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $85. If you fail to attend your appointment you will be billed 50% of the appointment or $85, which ever is more. In addition to regular dental appointments, this also includes private children’s appointments, ACC, WINZ, hygiene appointments, as well as ‘free aligner’ and ‘free whitening’ consultations. You will be unable to re-book until this fee is paid. Unpaid cancelation fees will be transferred to debt collection.
